Terms of Service

The platform provides a software-as-a-service platform for retail grocery and supermarket operations in Bangladesh. The Service is offered in four tiers: Lite, Pro, Chain, and Enterprise. See Pricing for current rates.

Lite and Pro tiers include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, billing begins on the day of conversion. We bill monthly in advance. Failed payments enter a 14-day grace period; suspension follows if not resolved.

• You must hold a valid trade license to operate the Service commercially
• You must accurately record sales and file VAT (Mushak) as required by the NBR
• You must NOT use the Service to misrepresent prices, weights, or product information to customers
• You must NOT attempt to circumvent the platform compliance controls

The platform is a tool. Store operators carry legal liability for their pricing, regulatory filings, and customer interactions. Our compliance features assist with documentation but do not replace the operator’s own judgment.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. On cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days during which you can request a full export. After 30 days, your business data is deleted per PDP Act 2023 §15. NBR-required records (sales, invoices) remain available for the 6-year retention period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Dhaka per the Bangladesh Arbitration Act 2001.
